V29 :may our hearts, burn on

Before the concert started, Maymay and I went to the booth near the East entrance to purchase some blue lightsticks for Linda. BUT.... SOLD OUT la.. No choice.. got to run to North entrance to buy it. Instead of purchasing the lightsticks, Maymay and I saw a booth selling their albums. May din bring her wallet lo... and my wallet only left $32 (only enuf to buy the vcd I want). So Maymay ran all the way back to East to get her wallet and back.

During her absence, I bought the album I wanted and then..... wahahahaha.. saw something lying on the floor................ It's a mousepad with their faces on it!!!! What happened next??!?!?! ................... I TOOK IT LAR... of cos wat... wahahahahaha...

(1) Am I really looking forward to that day?



(2) How would I feel when that day finally arrive?



(3) Will I miss out all the fun in MSS? (as in colleagues stupid talk cock session, not that the work is fun la)



(4) Will I be able to adjust myself to the new environment.. cos I smelly smelly also stay in C*F for six and a half years!!! (Bloody long)



(5) Will my new colleagues be as fun as some of my current colleagues right now?



(6) New environment got politics anot?



(7) Got LJ ppl like that fat ass anot??



Blah blah blah.. the list just goes on and on...

It's been a long wait.

My dear friends, your friend here has finally made it.

Today, I made a move which I've been longing to do so since last year. I tendered in my resignation letter le. After witnessing so many of my colleagues leaving, it is finally my turn to do so now... yesh, me, my turn.

I can still remember the day Elizabeth, Chee Kiong, Shuyi, Magdalene, HuiQing, Yuling, MayMay and loads more left the Board. Elizabeth, Shuyi and HuiQing actually cried on their last day. I wonder if I would be the same. I doubt so la.. cos very hard for me to cry de... wahahaha... I 'ren'!

Actually from the moment I knew I got the job offer, I started to have mixed feelings le. On one hand, I felt real happy to be able to step into the banking industry. On the other hand, I felt really really sad to be leaving some of my bestest friends-cum-colleagues.

这世界没有不散的宴席。Someday, we will all be going different directions. What's important is how we are going to maintain and continue the friendship. I will sure miss all the fun I had in MSS and miss some of you people (Note hor.. some only.. hehehe).

I will miss Ah Ma's "singing", Ah Hua's "funny faces", Liyan's "up-to-date gossips", Linda's "laughter", Kirk's "suan-ness", Ribena's "no energy body and half-closed eyes", Shumin's "lame-ness", Jessie's "super crude but extremely hilarious remarks", KK's "nagginess", Wynnie's "grumbles", Mrs Chong's "shoutings"......

Hiyah.... in short, I will miss you all la!!!!!!

As I mentioned in my previous blog entry, my camera was stolen by some ass. BUT 不幸中的大幸，I had actually uploaded QiQi's previous week (5/4 & 6/4) pics into my com le... heng lo.. cos we took a lot of her pics that week...

Here are some to share with you... esp those who are constantly on the lookout for my QiQi's pics.. hehehe... I will try to upload more of QiQi's pic here... try la hor.. cos I will be very busy for the next few months to come... :)

Today is a very hectic and rotten day for me.

My parents finally received their 2nd appointment for the sale of their flat. It was scheduled on 16 March 2008. In another words, they would have to hand over their keys on 16 March 2008. So they shifted everything to my house today...

Wa sey... my mum threw away a lot of things le.. BUT there were still a lot of things to be moved to my house. My house was in a HUGE MESS when everything was finally moved from Dover to Tiong Bahru... My head felt like bursting when I saw bags and bags of dunno what lying on the floor.

When I entered the kitchen, I saw mountains of detergents, containers, cups... you name it..

When I entered my room, I saw heaps of QiQi's clothings, tons of QiQi's toys, QiQi's latex mattress and Ah Boon's computer stuff (printer, scanner, blah blah blah)..

When I entered the living room, oh my god.. I have no eyes to see.. I really felt suffocated!!!

My once so-little-things, once only-the-two-of-us environment suddenly became unrecognizable.

Luckily my bro and mother packed up pretty fast and things were back to almost where it was (except for the fact that there were a lot of things now). After sending QiQi back to Bt Panjang, I packed, cleaned, scrubbed my kitchen until it was speck cleaned.

Too tired to continue cos it is now 11pm. I still have my bedroom to be packed, cleaned and vacuumed. My living room also needs vacuum lo... continue tomolo la... now very tired liao...

That's what I called a hectic day!!!

In the midst of shifting all the barang barang, MY CAMERA WENT MISSING!!! I dunno how it went missing but it just did. Damn sickening. How can I lose my camera at my own home??? I could only think of 3 reasons lo...

(1) Someone kalang kabo threw it away into the wastepaper basket.
This is proven wrong cos I dug every corner of the wastepaper basket.

(2) Someone kalang kabo packed it into one of the bag.
This is again proven wrong cos nothing was found after unpacking every single piece of baggage.

(3) Someone had intentionally taken it in the midst of our "luan-ness"
Most probably it cos I still saw it lying on the table in the living room in the morning (around 8am). When I got back from my uncle's house at around 10am, it was gone. Those who entered my house during that period of time are all suspects. I damn angry with you lo... you bloody hell... I hope you rot in hell okie. My QiQi's photos all inside!!! And my scrapbook pics are all inside too. How dare you take my camera... You no money to buy camera is it??? Damn it!! Or do I look rich to you!!! That's my pink 1 year old camera leh.. never drop before and no scratch de leh.. You took it just like that.. you bloody hell. I really hope you rot in hell. You never heard of retribution is it?? What goes round comes round okie.. so I hope you lose something more valuable than me.. your life maybe??? I just insert my new 2g memory card in it only lo... wa sey.. buay tahan.. sibei angry and sibei sad at the same time!!!

That's what I called a rotten day!!!

Found this from my bro's blog. Damn stupid Steven Lim (Ah Long's idol) making a joke out of himself yet again. How come got such ppl in Singapore one? Is he mentally unsound?

I think he got serious split personality leh.. Act cute while speaking Chinese and trying to act pro while speaking English...

I am having serious ear block recently. Dunno it's bcos of work stress or maybe bcos I din clean my ears lar... wahaha.. can't hear leh... It is so serious until my colleagues also dunno what to do with me (whether to laugh or cry).

This was what happened on 2 April 2008.
Me, Linda and Ah Ma were isametiming (those in cpf would know what is isametime lar).

At around 6pm,
Ah Ma: "We shall continue tomorrow".
Ah Ting: "Huh? You going Tiong Bahru?"

Linda, Ah Ma and Kirk gave me that look then laughed laughed laughed lo. They dun understand how "We shall continue tomorrow" becomes "Huh, you going Tiong Bahru"... Dun say them la.. I myself couldn't stop laughing. Linda asked me to dig my ears. Kirk even offered to give me a set of those "dig ears" apparatus... wahahaha..

But seriously la.. cannot dig the ears one right? No good for ears one wat. The correct way should be to pour some olive oil into your ears and let those dunno what come out itself. Like this then wun hurt your ears ma.

But honestly la, I dun use those 'dig ears' de.. and I dun pour olive oil into my ears too. 26 years plus of not cleaning my ears. That's y now cannot hear lar... wahahahaha.. I can see some of your faces... the 'eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee' look.

I have found a new hobby for myself and that is BASKETBALL. I have been wearing heels to work so that I can go play basketball as and when I feel like it lar... kekekeke

Am I confusing you? Apa wear heels to play basketball right???? wahahaha... For this basketball game, I need to be tall. Otherwise, I can't see the basket lar... wahahaha... Still dun get what I mean leh.. okie okie.. look at the pic below and you will understand what Im trying to say le...

Understand le ma??? According to KK and others, this game has been a big hooha in Taiwan donkey years back. I only got addicted to it recently.. so yeah.. I am damn slow when it comes to game trend. But Im still not bad in it leh.. especially when I tagged team with my best partner, Ms Shumin.

Two weeks back, me and Shumin scored 250+ points and we thought we were good... wahahaha. A week later, we went back to the same place and scored 685 points. That was about a triple jump leh... Shiok sia.. We played continuously for at least 10 matches ba and our arms were not aching at all... maybe too engrossed liao...

Today, we went to Bugis for our regular match again. This time, power sia. We broke our records yet again. 750 pts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wahahahahaha... very proud of ourselves man.. I can't believe we did it. Me and Ah Long only managed to score 580 pts the most lo... I think Shumin is a better partner in this.. hehehe..

I know Im throwing my $$$ away but it is really a good way to relieve your stress. Go try this game if you haven done so, you mountain tortoise... hehehehehe... :P

Latest update: Went to PS yesterday (2/4/08) for a game with Ah Long. Broke me and Shumin's highest records. My highest records (with Ah Long) now stands at 996. (very haolian)
